Terms of Use
Version 2026-10-24. GOAT Rugby League Draft ("the game") is run by Genghis Digital Pty Ltd (ABN 55 665 089 047), Perth, Western Australia ("we", "us"). Contact: [email protected].
1. Agreeing to these terms
By creating an account or playing the game you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, don't use the game. We may update these terms; if we make a change that matters, we'll ask you to accept the new version before you keep playing.
2. Unofficial fan game
The game is an unofficial fan game. It is not made, endorsed or sponsored by the National Rugby League, any club, any state or national body, or any player. Club and player names are used to describe real teams and seasons; all trademarks belong to their owners. Player statistics come from public records including Rugby League Project. Player ratings are our own opinions for the game, not statements of fact about anyone.
3. Who can play
You must be at least 13 to make an account. If you're under 18, you need a parent's or guardian's permission. One account per person.
4. Your account
- You sign in with a code we email you, or with Google. Keep your email account secure: anyone who can read your email can sign in as you.
- Give a real first and last name and an email you own. Your team name is shown publicly on the leaderboards; your name and email are not.
- You can change your details or delete your account at any time from your profile.
5. Fair play and conduct
You must not:
- cheat, or try to: faking runs or scores, automating play, or exploiting bugs (tell us about them instead);
- attack, overload, probe or try to break into the game, its servers or other players' accounts;
- make multiple accounts to dodge a ban or limit;
- use a team name or any name that is offensive, abusive, impersonates someone, or is meant to harass anyone;
- use the game for anything unlawful.
6. Our rights to moderate
We may remove or change team names, remove scores from leaderboards, and suspend or ban accounts, devices and network addresses that break these terms or that we reasonably believe put the game or its players at risk, with or without notice. Leaderboards are checked by our servers and our results are final.
7. The game itself
The game is free and provided "as is". We may change, pause or end any part of it (including modes, ratings and leaderboards) at any time. We don't promise it will always be available or free of errors.
8. Our content
The game's design, code, ratings, text and graphics are ours. You may share your results and share cards. You may not copy, scrape or resell the game or its data.
9. Emails
We send sign-in codes and essential account messages. We only send news, new modes and challenges if you said yes, and every such email has an unsubscribe link.
10. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that can't be excluded. Otherwise, to the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from using or not being able to use the game, and our total liability to you is limited to A$10 (the game is free).
11. Ending your use
You can stop playing and delete your account at any time. We may close accounts under section 6, or if we shut the game down.
12. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia, and the courts of Western Australia have jurisdiction.
